Product Availability

Our matcha is produced in small batches and availability can change. If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as unavailable on our website. We may restock at different times depending on harvest, production, and quality checks, and we can’t guarantee specific restock dates.

In the rare event we can’t fulfil an item after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for the unavailable item (or offer an alternative if you prefer).

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are subject to change at any time. Any delivery charges are added at checkout. Where applicable, VAT will be included in the price shown.

We accept payment through our secure checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We don’t store full card details—payments are processed by our trusted payment providers. If a promotion or discount code is used, it must be applied at checkout and can’t be added afterwards.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders from the UK. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details where available.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, and (for international orders) customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to cover the cost of re-shipping. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayucha Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products, including loss of profit, revenue, or business. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
